We know making your wedding day perfect can be expensive so we would like to save you money on shipping costs by charging a flat shipping fee of only $9.75 USD for all orders**.

And to help you even more we will pay for your shipping* if your order goes over $100.

Shipping Options

Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. Our carriers for deliveries within the US is USPS, Fedex, and UPS.  (We have the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Express delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Also, at this time, with the exception of Canada, we do not ship to International addresses, including American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra Atoll, Virgin Islands, Wake Island

Shipping & Handling Chart

(Please note: Orders are received and shipped from Monday morning until midnight Thursday. Orders are not shipped on Fridays.) 

Regular — $9.75  All orders over $100 Ship for free via Regular Ground Shipping.

Regular shipping charges apply to the continental U.S..  Orders under $100 will be charged a $9.75 flat rate shipping fee. Orders over $100 will ship for free in the continental U.S.

There is a surcharge for ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico of 10.00 and a ground shipping surcharge to Canada of $18.00

Express  — $28.50

Need your order in a hurry? We offer Express or Air Mail Service which you will receive within 4-6 business days upon receipt of your order, not including day of order. All Express/ Air Mail Deliveries will cost  $28.50.

Shipping Surcharges for unusually Large, Heavy and/or Fragile Merchandise 

Certain items will require an extra shipping fee of $4.00 to ship.  If applicable, these are noted in each product's description.

International Shipping  - At this time, we do not ship to International Addresses.  

Delivery Time

We work extremely hard to get your order processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product descriptions for these personalized items. For Example: "This personalized item may take up to 4-5 business days to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have special processing times, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you order any one item on your order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order will ship in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to lower your shipping costs. On average, most packages will be completed and arrive to you within 7-10 business days depending upon your location. If any of the products you have placed on your order are on a back order status, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail.

Rush Deliveries

We offer Express  for $28.50 (will arrive to you within 4 -6 business days). Our processing time has been included in the estimated time of arrival. Orders placed on Friday will ship within two business days. Please note that business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. Some Extra Heavy orders will require additional Express shipping fees.  If so, you will be contacted with the additional amount owed for shipping.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications on other products

Please note Personalized wedding accessories, wedding favors, or gifts  that have been personalized with names, initials, monograms, etc are non-refundable. Also any under garments such as panties, thongs, and boxers or Clearance Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. For all other wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts, a refund will be given for the unwanted portion of your order (except for rush fees, shipping & handling).

Please contact us at info@makingmemoriesandmore.net to request a return or exchange of merchandise. After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit within 7-10 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer.  We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.

Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. In addition, please note that some items will be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged Items

Our staff works hard to ensure that you receive your wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts safely. We will replace any of your items that arrived and were damaged during shipping. You must notify us immediately (within 5 days) at info@makingmemoriesandmore.net  if the item is damaged in shipping. Note all product descriptions and images very closely before check out as we can not replace items that note specific characteristics of the product that you may not have realized before ordering.
