Also, at this time, with the exception of Canada, Making Memories & More does not ship to International addresses, including American Samoa, Baker Island, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palmyra Atoll, Virgin Islands, Wake Island.

Regular shipping charges apply to the continental U.S.. Most orders under will be charged a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee. Some Extra Large and Heavy require additional shipping fees.
There is a surcharge for ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico of 20.00 and a ground shipping surcharge to Canada of $18.00
Express — $28.50
Need your order in a hurry? We offer Express or Air Mail Service which you will receive within 4-6 business days upon receipt of your order, not including day of order. All Express/ Air Mail Deliveries will cost $28.50. Our processing time has been included in the estimated time of arrival. Orders placed on Friday will ship within two business days. Please note that business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. Some Extra Heavy orders will require additional Express shipping fees. If so, you will be contacted with the additional amount owed for shipping.
Shipping Surcharges for unusually Large, Heavy and/or Fragile Merchandise
Certain extra large or heavy items will require an extra shipping fees of $4.99 or more to ship.
Rush Shipping - Upgraded Express Shipping is an additional $28.50 for a total of $57.00 for orders needed in less than a week.
Overnight Shipping is not available on any products.
At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, however, you may set up an account with BONGO for international shipping. To process international orders shipping to BONGO,( or another international shipping company), you must use your PAYPAL account to pay for your merchandise, then have your merchandise shipped to your international shipping company for them to forward on to you. Once your merchandise is received by your international shipping company, we will no longer be responsible for the merchandise or the shipping. International shipping can take 10-32 days depending on your destination.
We work extremely hard to get your order processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete. For this reason, we have added processing time notes to the product descriptions for these personalized items. For Example: "This personalized item may take up to 4-5 business days to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have special processing times, then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you order any one item on your order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order will ship in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to lower your shipping costs. On average, most packages will be completed and arrive to you within 7-10 business days depending upon your location. If any of the products you have placed on your order are on a back order status, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications on other products
Please note Personalized Merchandise that has been personalized with names, initials, monograms, etc are non-refundable. Also any Clearance Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-personalized items may be returned if it is received back in its's original packaging, in new condition within 14 days.
Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return or exchange of merchandise. After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit within 7-10 business days. If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping of exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.
Please note: Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange.
***All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging, and in new condition. In addition, please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Our staff works hard to ensure that you receive your wedding merchandise and gifts safely. We will replace any of your items that are damaged during shipping. You must notify us immediately (within 5 days) at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is damaged in shipping. A photo of the damaged merchandise may be required. Note all product descriptions and images very closely before check out as we can not replace items that note specific characteristics of the product that you may not have realized before ordering. Only replacements will be given for damaged items. No credits will be given for damaged items.
If a shipment comes back and has been refused for any reason (including incorrect information such as address), we will contact our customer immediately via email. There is also a $15 refusal fee if you package is returned to us.
